５．Inspection method

A thing of the following(a photograph) is necessary for the tool
which is necessary when you take the data before reproduction
and after reproduction like a figure 4 effects(inspection).
(1) An accumulation of electricity pressure measuring
　　　instrument(V)
(2) A specific gravity measuring instrument for batteries
(3) A reproduction liquid inspirator
　　(The thing which was mentioned memory in)

　　　　　When you inject reproduction liquid to a lead storage battery.

Instructions

(1) You have to cut the engine by all means before injecting and measuring and please

       work.
(2) You have to clean an upper part of a battery,and please do not enter the garbage.
(3) You have to put down the voltage and the specific gravity on predetermined paper.
(4) Please inject the quantity that there was to a model number of the battery at the

      time of injection.

６．Inspection

The charge aim is in a state for the specific gravity.

　Ability for battery is restored to 95% by injecting New energy liquid.

７．Contents impossible of reproduction

　　・The thing which abnormality is seen in the battery appearance.
　　・The thing which is uneven in the voltage , the specific gravity of each cell.
　　・The thing which an electrolyte becomes muddy.
　　・The thing which liquid died and used.
　　・The thing which a pole plate was missing, cropped out and corroded.
　　・The thing which there is the temperature of each cell more than 40℃.

８．Caused by the fall of the battery

It is said 10 years or 20 years in the original durability of the battery.

between 2 and 3 years.
When the lead storage battery finishes discharging electricity, a hard
crystal board of the lead sulfate occurs on the pole plate surface(The
left photograph)）We call this phenomenon「sulfation」white lead
surface. The gap is clogged up with this lead sulfate, and surface
area falls and becomes the resistance without electricity, and the
solubility is low, and the firm crystal cannot perform enough electric
discharge. Pb (lead) ＋SO4（sulfuric acikd）＝PbSO4（Lead aulfate）

There is a expensive thing that battery itself such as a lot of vehicle or heavy industrial machines
(electric forklift ・construction machinery ・electric cart and so on). The replacement by purchase
expense is serious expenditure for the company. You become the large cost reduction if you use
a battery for a long time.

It is the present conditions not to readily have the maintenance of the battery from the time on
a day.It occurs even if we maintain the lead sulfate ( a crystal) occurring to a lead storage
battery, the conventionally goods is over the effect if in an initial state, it is only temporary
